"Envelope with New Year greeting card from President of Guyana, Forbes Burnham, sent to King Bhumibol. Inside the card is a color photo of the President with his family and also the signatures of the President and his wife. (Note: President Forbes Burnham held office from 6 October 1980 – 6 August 1985). The back of the envelope and the front of the card have the coat of arms of Guyana. There are some minor defect and damage but rare."
