On paper size 25x38 cm. printed Coat of Arms in multicoloured and embossed and H.M.'s seal (Khmer characters) and below large circular seal of 7 cm. diameter. Signed by Siamintra in Thai. Center folded. Each command with envelop size 26x20 cm. bearing embossed Coat of Arms at flap. F.(3)
