Paper embossed Coat of Arms in multi-colour, size 23x37 cm. and 2 stamp of royal seals but faded. Signed in Thai “Sayaminra”. Double folded. Aging. Housed in wooden frame size 34x50 cm. (1)"
พระบรมราชโองการ - 2499 พระบรมราชโองการเลื่อนยศ “นายนร้อยตรี” เป็น “นายร้อยโท” ทหารบก ลงวันที่ 9 เมษายน ร.ศ. 125 เป็นปีที่ 39 ฤาวันที่ 13663 ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน กระดาษหัวจดหมายแบบตราแผ่นดินปั้มนูนหลากสี ขนาด 23x37 ซม. และประทับพระราชลัญจกร 2 ดวงแต่จางหายลงพระปรมาภิไธย “สยามินทร์” เป็นภาษาไทย มีรอยพับกึ่งกลาง เก่าเก็บ ใส่ในกรอบไม้ขนาด 34x50 ซม.
